In 2002 PODER magazine created the PODER Awards to celebrate excellence in leadership in the Americas by recognizing those men and women who have demonstrated remarkable strategy, vision, and execution in their respective businesses and organizations; those who are changing or can change the region’s development dynamics in several fronts. For the third time, this year PODER magazine will partner with the Americas Business Council Foundation to identify and award best practices in the region in social entrepreneurship, business innovation, sustainability, courageousness, vision and corporate responsibility, that are producing systemic change in their own communities.
The Americas Business Council Foundation (abc*) is a think-do tank that seeks to further peace, sustainability, and prosperity by informing leaders from the Americas of the most pressing social and environmental challenges facing our world, and by presenting them with opportunities to engage in impact-driven initiatives from the region that are providing tangible solutions.EVENT INFO
